Scentsy Story
Hi, I'm Lindsay! My husband, Nathan, and I have a son, Levi, and our dog Minnie, and I am so glad you're interested in my Scentsy story!
It began November of 2012 when my mom and I had gone to a Christmas craft fair and saw a Scentsy booth. We decided to get a warmer and bars as a Christmas present for my Oma. I thought some of the scents were mesmerizing and the warmers were stunning. 😍
As I thought about it more, I realized that becoming a consultant was something I could truly see myself doing to earn some additional income (I was working in the morning at PetSmart and the afternoon at a daycare).
After a lengthy conversation, lots of answered questions, and saving up my money from my other two jobs, I felt confident to take a leap of faith on the $99 join kit on October 26, 2013!
The day I received and opened my starter kit was a game changer for me. I spent $99 and got a tester of every fragrance in the catalog, along with a warmer and all sorts of other goodies! I love that there is a wide variety of fragrance so everyone can find something they personally enjoy, and the fact that the products are safe to use around children and pets was a big plus for me. When I hosted my launch party, I was so excited to share everything that I had learned about Scentsy, as well as see other people interested in the products like myself.
I have been able to use my Scentsy business as a way to make new friends and earn additional income.
In the past, my Scentsy business has allowed me to earn an additional income that helped me be able to make an additional bill payment every month, family Christmas presents, a guilt-free trip to target, a family ice cream date, and so much more.
And when I was laid off from my full time job in November 2022, my Scentsy business provided me the opportunity to still help provide income for my family.
